POLICIES
Terms & Conditions are applicable for all photography bookings. By booking a photo session with Hello YOU Studios, you are agreeing to these terms. If you are unsure of anything, or would like further information about these terms, please enquire at any time. We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Proof Galleries
Proof galleries contain low quality images. These images MUST NOT be copied, screen shot, downloaded, edited, used on social media, or altered in any way. These actions are a breech of copyright and is illegal. Where a breach is discovered, the Client will be liable for the full cost of the full gallery of digital images. The only purpose of this gallery is to view your images so you can choose your desired package. Your chosen images are processed and given to you in high resolution. Online galleries will only be sent if payment for the minimum package has been paid.
Copyrights
Photography by Hello YOU Studios and the photographer Samantha, retains all copyrights unless otherwise stated, and reserves the right to use all and any images as the photographer sees fit. Images are not permitted to be downloaded or saved onto electronic devices unless they have been purchased. Purchased images which are not watermarked by the photographer are NOT permitted to be uploaded onto the web. I can provide watermarked versions of your purchased images to share on the web.
Session Fee
Your session fee must be pre-paid to secure your booking and date. This fee covers the time and skill gone in to your photo shoot, the editing and the use of props and studio. The session fee does NOT include any images (no prints or no digitals) Your images are purchased separately by choosing one of the packages once you have see your gallery.
The session fee is non-refundable should you cancel, but is transferable to another date should you or your children/baby become ill. As much notice as possible would be needed and the session can only be transferred once. Should I become ill myself, then the session will be transferred to another date. If you are unhappy with the new date given or my illness is taken longer than expected to recover, I will refund your session fee.
If you need to postpone a cake smash session, you will need to cover the cost for a new cake if the cake has already been made by my baker.
Allergies
It is the parent/guardians responsibility to inform Samantha of any allergies prior to your cake smash session. Whilst care is taken to use baby products that are hypoallergenic, Please bring your own if you prefer.
Payments
All payments can be paid via bank transfer. The minimum package is due on the day of your session unless agreed otherwise. Once you view your gallery you can then upgrade to a higher package if you wish and the remaining must be paid on the day you view your gallery.
Printed Products
All printed products are custom made and therefore are not returnable or refundable. Should there be an obvious flaw in the product, I will use our discretion as to whether the product should be replaced. Please note that these products are professional quality and that the occurrence of this is unlikely.
All wall art will need to be collected from my studio in Charminster. Smaller items and unframed prints can be posted for a small postage fee.
