Sitting up is their next milestone – after newborn and before they begin crawling.
This age is so much fun to capture, such a sweet moment in time to treasure forever. Sitter sessions work best when your little one is siting unaided but not quite on the move.

Hi! I’m Sam. This is my dream job – thank you for considering me as your photographer. Capturing precious memories is an honour, and when I work with families I know that you are trusting me to create portraits that you will enjoy looking at for many, many years.
I am a mum to seven (yes – SEVEN!) children, and yet I still haven’t had my fill of small humans. As a specialist newborn photographer in Bournemouth, Dorset, and as a mum, I know how quickly time passes and how fast your babies change.
My approach to working with you and your baby is that the little one is in charge! Whether you have a brand new baby or a toddler with attitude, I listen to their cues and let them guide me on what I do next in your session. Some babies love being on their side, whereas for some it stimulates their rooting reflex and makes them hungry, so we avoid it.
Some toddlers LOVE loud noises and singing! Some prefer a calm, quiet environment. I do whatever is best for your little one. And because of that, I get the best from them!
