After your photo session, you’ll be invited to view your finished gallery and choose the images you truly love.
This is one of my favourite parts of the whole experience, because it’s where everything comes together, the story, the expressions, the connection, and all those little moments you never want to forget.
These photographs aren’t just for now. They become part of your family history. They remind you of this chapter of life long after it has passed, and they grow in meaning year after year.
Some families love the flexibility of digital images, they’re perfect for sharing with loved ones and keeping your memories safe for the future. Every digital image you purchase is professionally edited and delivered in high resolution, giving you timeless photographs you can enjoy again and again.
If you’d rather have everything beautifully finished for you, I also offer stunning printed artwork and wall displays. These are the images that become part of everyday life, reminding you of this chapter for years to come.
This part of the experience is never rushed and never pushy. My role is simply to help you choose what feels right for your family, whether that’s a small collection of digital images, a full gallery, or a beautiful legacy piece of wall art you’ll treasure forever.

The Legacy Collection
- Full gallery of Thirty images as high-resolution digital files, suitable for printing and sharing, plus a beautiful 20×30 statement canvas to display proudly in your home.
Image Delivery
After your session, your images will be carefully edited and delivered via a secure private online gallery.
Gallery access details, including any required access codes, are sent by email to the address provided at the time of booking. Images are accessed via the MySafeFrame mobile app, which will need to be downloaded to view and download your images.
Please ensure you check your inbox (including junk/spam folders) and that your email address is correct at the time of booking.
If you experience any difficulty accessing your gallery, you must contact the studio within 7 days of gallery delivery so that we can assist you promptly.
Delivery Timeframes

Typical gallery delivery time is 2–3 weeks after your session

Seasonal or mini-session galleries may have slightly extended delivery times, which will be communicated in advance
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of photography services and digital image delivery:

Once a session has taken place and images have been supplied, no refunds are offered

This includes situations where galleries are not accessed or downloaded by the client

It is the client’s responsibility to access and download their images once delivery details have been provided
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• Failure to attend a booked session or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in the voucher being forfeited.
• Vouchers include only the products or services stated at the time of purchase.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions unless stated.
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
• Hello YOU Studios reserves the right to amend these terms if required.
Voucher value must be used in one session and cannot be split across multiple bookings unless agreed by the studio.
